Zaika Tastes Of India - Abbotsford

We were at this place around 9pm.No problem with the food. Food was great. But unfortunately service was real bad. We sat our self. Ordered a food. My daughter asked one of ther server for the napkin, shez been told tht we will give u with the food. Then our foood came (food was great) the put the food in front of my one year old child. Servers should use ther common sense . They shouldnt do tht. We ate our food and not even single person came to check on us if our food was k or not. We were waiting for someone to come so we can order more naan bread. Even my brother tried to call few girls were serving around but they completely ignored us. We felt so weird. I will not cut any of ur star( all 5 stars for the cooks, they did amazing job) . m also a business women i understand how important this is.I really want them to focus on their service . Customer always first then chit chatting with other coworkers.

Me and my husband went to this place for dinner. It wasn’t our first time but this never happened before. First off, our server was not equally attentive to the tables even though there were only 4 tables present. We noticed a difference in behaviour towards us and the white couples, who were being highly pampered throughout our time there whereas we weren’t even served water to drink. And then at last we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come take our order for dessert, even though there were 3 girls and 1 guy, all standing on the front counter.

Zaika was AMAZING!! Every single event we got so many compliments on the food and the customer service was amazing. Everything from the set up to the types of plates they use and keeping the food warm at all times was phenomenal! Will definitely be booking again!

Delicious food , friendly staff , good ambience. But they should hire more staff.For a big family event , only 1 server , i felt pity for her , it was little uncomfortable ,our family members were going to front counter again and again to ask for things and to place orders . Overall good experience

I got married this past summer and our caterers from another restaurant backed out. Called to see if Zaika's was available it was my parents first choice), spoke to the owner and he made it work! They did such an amazing job with the setup and extras we had an icecream and coffee cart)! The food was so good that people who were coming to our next day event asked if it was from the same caterer and if it was then they'd come! I cannot recommend them enough! The owner was so nice and pleasant to talk to! You'd expect to be price gouged for booking 3 days before the wedding with no options left but it was at the same price as the caterers who backed out! Book them for your wedding! Food was amazing!
