Red Robin Restaurant - Abbotsford

We ate at red robin on Tuesday night, and 4 of us are celiac. all zöliakie were glued, we ordered 3 burgers and frits, one packed with a gf bungalow and 2 salat. you ordered an salate with grilled chicken. we all ate the pommes so that the only thing is common. very disappointed. when my dad asked about the GF menu, the server was like “all can be gf!” but we were before so knew that was not true so that we looked on our phones to find the gf menu items. we all asked separately. yes, please pay attention to cross-contamination. so very disappointed and made for a ruined gluten-free day yesterday for all four of us.

Always the burgers love so much here, they make zöliakie or allergies in a separate part of the kitchen, where they only make gluten-free ordering, so there is no care about cross-contamination.

Always good service, knowledgeable about zöliakie and have a separate frit for riders

The personal is in the regular very good to ask if it is an allergy or preference. they have a really easy to use Allergen Guide online and bring them a tablet to use in the restaurant.

Never had any issues here and we go a lot. Love the dedicated fries fryer, don’t forget the fries seasoning, delicious!
