Ebisu Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Our order was completely missing items. We called and after numerous minutes on the home we gave up.

The Ramen at this restaurant is not advertised as Korean style and was unexpectedly very spicy. Although they do not specify that it is spicy on the menu, they offer an option to add spice which I did not request. I have ordered from this restaurant many times without any issues and frequently order throughout the year. Unfortunately, they did not offer any alternative options or even miso soup, which was disappointing. The spiciness of the dish was unbearable for me and I felt that the lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. I was extremely disappointed with my experience tonight.

Our order was completely wrong and we had to drive back to the restaurant. We waited a long time and the food wasn't even prepared well. The menu was labeled incorrectly, mixing up vegetable and meat items, which almost led me to eat pork - very unappetizing! Overall, we were not impressed and will not be ordering takeout from here again.

Great food! They use wild salmon in their sushi which is appreciated! Nice friendly service as well. A true hidden gem.

Ah! Not sure if they’ve got new owners but dang! We were so disappointed with our doordash delivery of food. Sad because I used to love this place!
