Bogoe Is - Aalborg

We have had a chance to get bagels and sandwiches for our event. Service was extremely willing to help and food was very tasty! Thank you!

Before the feedback i need to mention, that is extremely rare when i write bad reviews, I understand a lot of things in customer service so everything can happen, but these were just the disrespectful employees to the maximum. I ordered pick up over the phone, when i came i had some coins i tried to pay and employee rolled her eyes and didn’t really want to take my money. (I though you accept money… that’s how usually business works… business 101) Sandwich was not wrapped properly, i could see sandwich from both sides, she was also not really happy to assist with that, anyway it was re wrapped. Amount of french fries was just ridiculous, and the saddest part they were BURNED. It felt like i am eating chips… If you think that is enough, then noooo. My grilled sandwich was so dry that I barely could eat it. Condoms have more lube on them then my sandwich had dressing… I payed for extra jalapeños, and they did put them, only problem was that literally all of them were in one spot… it was just ridiculously hot in one bite

At Bogø Sandwich we are always satisfied with the quality of the food. They have a very nice chicken salad.

I am still a customer because it is easy and the food is reasonable. However, the great replacement in the staff can be a challenge, and when there are many ingredients I can’t tolerate, it’s important they make it right.

I ordered it online. The one with cripsy chicken was fine but the other with beef is not delicious. Fair enough but not impressive.
