Zhǎng Fú Wū - 洋野町

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The owner, who runs the place by himself, creates dishes without compromise that are sure to leave you fully satisfied. The sashimi, which is too hearty to be called just sashimi, is a must-order! The freshness of the seafood sourced daily from the markets in Hachinohe is simply incredible. The grilled beef tongue, made with core tongue, remains tender even when cooled. The prices are reasonable and I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I enjoyed the meal! The beef tongue was thick and tender, very delicious! The sashimi was generously sliced and satisfying to eat. The taste was also perfect, of course!
