Jū Jiǔ Wū やすべえ - 遠軽町

During my business trip, I stopped by this restaurant. It was delicious. The grilled herring was very satisfying!! Just when I thought about leaving, the owner and his wife brought out some complimentary herring sashimi and cucumber salad, so I ended up ordering two more drinks. They got me! Haha. I left feeling very satisfied.

I may not have the expertise to say how impressive this level is in Togawa, but I can tell you that the chef's dedication is amazing. You can see it in the way he prepares the dishes. I visited for my mother's 60th birthday celebration.

I tried the marinated Atka mackerel for the first time. It was delicious! You can also have vegetables grilled individually. Going alone might be a bit challenging, but they will guide you through the menu.
