I arrived at the restaurant around 4pm and had to wait in the car for about 20 minutes before being seated. As expected from a sushi restaurant in Hokkaido, the quality was top-notch. The fresh surf clam and octopus eggs were rare finds in mainland Japan and absolutely delicious.

I always end up coming back to this place because of its consistently delicious food. The freshness of the ingredients is top-notch, which means that seasonal dishes often sell out quickly. I appreciate that they don't compromise on quality by overstocking, unlike national chains like Sushiro, Kura Sushi, and Kappa Sushi.

お昼時に立ち寄りました。 30分待ちとのことでしたが、20分程で席に案内されました。 入店時から、雰囲気の良いお店だと感じましたが、すべての店員さんが明るく丁寧な接客で、気持ちが良かったです。 本マグロ赤身と黒瀬ぶりがお勧めだったので、注文しました。マグロ、中トロ、本マグロトロ、ねぎマグロ軍艦などマグロ尽くしで、美味しいマグロを堪能出来ました。 他店のトリトンで、そこまで美味しいとは思えなかったので、これがトリトンか！ って店に出会えて良かったです。 札幌からだと、遠方なのが残念ですが、道東に来た際には、寄り道してでも食べに行きたいお店でした。 ご馳走様でした。
