Tián Cūn - 美幌町

[Notes]: I visited this restaurant during my almost complete tour of Hokkaido in the past. It is located in Bihoro-cho, Abashiri-gun, Eastern Hokkaido, and is a renowned restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality ingredients from Hokkaido, with a focus on selected ingredients from the Okhotsk region. On this day, I visited with 4 friends and enjoyed delicious meat to the fullest. The meat was truly delicious as expected from a long-established restaurant, and we tried a lot of it. You can relax in the luxurious atmosphere of the restaurant. When it comes to Hokkaido, Sapporo and Hakodate are easily accessible, but as a travel enthusiast, I believe it's worth going around Hokkaido once and enjoying the charm of each region. While it may be on the pricey side, the quality of the meat is undeniable. It is very delicious. The menu is also extensive, and the restaurant is clean and bright. It's easy to see why it's bustling with customers even on weekdays.

I visited the restaurant after a long time. I made a reservation, so entering and seating was smooth. I started with a Black Label beer, which was delicious. I wanted to have it with some fried chicken, but unfortunately they were sold out. The meat dishes I ordered were beef sagari, pork kalbi, and chicken thigh. The chicken was incredibly fresh and delicious. The beef sagari was tender, but I prefer pork, so the pork kalbi was very tasty. I also ordered some pork sagari as an addition, which had a different deliciousness compared to the beef. It seems that they also have takeout options in these times, so I would like to try that next time.
