Ostteer House is currently the only place in Umeå where you can enjoy excellent sashimi. The rice is beautifully prepared, and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. During the month or so that they were closed in the summer, Ostpalast mentioned that they could offer items from the tea house menu, but unfortunately, the quality was not on par with what Ostteer House provides.
