A wonderfully cozy hotel to enjoy during the depths of winter. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, particularly Brigitta. Stefan's delicious food in the restaurant was a highlight, and Ricard at the P3 ski shop provided excellent service as well. The location near the ski lifts was perfect. We hope to return in the future, whether in early winter or summer. Visa all feedback.

The hotel restaurant did not meet my expectations; the food was somewhat outdated, and the air quality left much to be desired, giving the place more of a hostel vibe. However, the panoramic sauna was a highlight, although the shower facilities looked rather basic and dated. On a positive note, the hotel restaurant (Backfickan) exceeded my expectations at both breakfast and dinner. It felt like such a great restauran... Visa all feedback.
