Terrible experience! The guy who cleared the glasses literally yanked my drink out of my hand! When I tried to explain that he could have waited a moment, I felt really uncomfortable. He responded by asking me if I had finished my beer, yes or no! I found that to be very rude and aggressive. Even the manager didn’t seem to think the customers’ feedback mattered.
