I had a positive experience with the previous owners, but the new management seems less dedicated. I've frequently encountered issues with the pins getting stuck or blocking the machines, which halts the entire pin restoration process. This often requires staff to be called in to deal with the situation manually in the back. Although we receive extra time as compensation, it still doesn't feel sufficient to leave me...
