I ordered a beef fillet with a companion and requested it to be cooked medium-rare. Unfortunately, the meat was completely raw and cold inside, with only a thin seared surface. They really need to improve their cooking skills! I've been dining here regularly for a few years, always enjoying the pork fillet, which was great, but this experience was very disappointing.
